Business Skills Development
400 students have completed the Business Skills workshops since April 2007, gaining essential skills and support to enter the job market or start and develop their own businesses.

The primary objectives of our Business Skills development programme is to:
- Help individuals start their own business
- Support the growth of existing businesses
- Develop skills of villagers so that they can compete in local, national and international job markets
young people share ideas during a Generate Your Business workshop
Courses include:
- Start your business- provided by the International Labour Organisation and the Rural Development Training Research Institute
- Generate your business – aimed at 16-22 yr olds, provided by the International Labour Organisation and the Rural Development Training Research Institute
- Improve your business- provided by the International Labour Organisation and the Rural Development Training Research Institute
- Professional Photography – a three month diploma course, that has so far trained 60 students in photography and picture editing skills.
- Mushroom Cultivation- a one day workshop to develop new agriculture opportunities. 60 students have been trained in this course, which ran from April 2008 to March 2009.
- Electrical Wiring- a six month diploma to provide access to foreign job opportunities.
