Sports Development
Sport is a key tool for promoting personal and community development. The focus of the sports programmes delivered by the Foundation of Goodness concentrate on the mental, physical and social health of sports participants, and the development of life skills.

For those who excel, sport is also a route out of poverty, providing enhanced education opportunities and career paths for those lucky enough to have their talent recognised.

This passion for cricket runs through the Foundation of Goodness' work, supported by top class Sri Lanka Cricket stars Muttiah Muralidaran (Murali), Chaminda Vaas and Kumar Sangakkara, who are trustees of the Foundation and have been key figures in the the organisation over the last ten years.
Bryan Adams, the famous Canadian pop star, continues to show his generosity and compassion through his ongoing support for the maintenance and programmes provided at the Bryan Adams Swimming Pool Complex at Seenigama Sports Academy.
