Ian Botham Visit

The close links between the Foundation of Goodness and international cricket were highlighted again as the famous English all-rounder, Ian Botham visited Seenigama in this week (20 April 2005).

Kushil took the opportunity to show Ian the Foundation Head Quarters at Lahiru House, the housing project, and the computer training facility. Ian was obviously impressed with the work we are doing.

His visit was organised in association with the Laureus Sport for Good Foundation, a charity that aims to bring about positive social change through sport. Brad Grapses, another friend of the Foundation and CEO of the Shane Warne Foundation also facilitated the visit.
